Welcome to the Holmes Creek Estate Wiki

The Holmes Creek Estate is a gated private subdivision in Duncan, British Columbia made up of 33 modest ranch-style homes.

Created as BC bare land strata corporation, it was built in two phases beginning in late 1990.
