Welcome to the Holmes Creek Estate Wiki
The Holmes Creek Estate is a gated private subdivision, registered as a bare land strata corporation. It's made up of 33 modest ranch-style homes built in two phases starting in late 1990.
Purpose of this Website
This website makes our strata corporation's public documents accessible online as a convenient reference for our owners, occupants, and prospective purchasers; and, provides 'clickable' links to matters affecting strata corporations.
