The Holmes Creek Estate is a gated private subdivision in Duncan, British Columbia made up of 33 modest ranch-style homes.

Created as BC bare land strata corporation, it was built in two phases beginning in late 1990.

Purpose of this Wiki

This Wiki was created to display:

• meeting minutes;
• financial statements;
• the bylaws and links to BC laws governing stratas.
