Our Strata's Bylaws and Rules
It's important to understand that our strata was created under the 1974 BC Condominium Act, which was replaced by the 2000 BC Strata Property Act, which has been significantly altered since then.
In BC, strata Rules, which may only deal with Common Property and Common Assets, are entirely local to a strata (see SPAmmm)
In BC, strata Bylaws must be registered at the the LTSA to take effect.
