Regulations registered at the BC LTSA which affect our strata
- CA 8373591 (3 Mar 2024): Our strata's Limited Common Property agreement
- EE 017649-50 (14 Jan 1991): Minimum age reduced from 50 to 45
- ED 085879 (28 Dec 1990): Municipal fire hydrant main water line easement
- ED 085917 (9 Aug 1990): 20-year building scheme restrictions on strata lots
- ED 085879 (16 Jul 1990): 25 foot creek setback
