Welcome to the Holmes Creek Estate wiki
The Holmes Creek Estate is a senior's gated private subdivision in British Columbia, Canada, registered as the bare land strata corporation named "The Owners, Strata VIS1969."
It's made up of 33 modest single-family ranch-style homes built in two phases starting in 1991.
